Meal will be served between 9:20 and 9:45 am
Program will begin at 10:00 AM

GMRW can accept a check for $20 mailed AND received by the Friday before the meeting AND AFTER a reservation is made

"A Commitment to Attend is a Commitment to Pay"
GMRW is required to give a head count to the caterer one week prior to the meeting. GMRW must the pay for the entire head count requested whether or not they attend, therefore refunds may only be make on a case by case basis.
